The centre overloooks a cricket pitch  in a very peacful setting. There are over  80 carparking spaces,  disabled access and baby changing facilities.
Manuden Village Community Centre is an  approved  venue for civil Marriages, civil partnerships and other civil ceremonies .

Full Centre Hire
 
£850
For full centre hire - the price for one day hire of indoor space includes : hall, stage, lounge , fully equipped professional kitchen,bar area, club room, changing rooms and cloakrooms.
This price includes set up time from 6pm the evening before. (By arrangement)
 The price includes the existing chairs, tables, crockery, cutlery, glassware.
Extras
Cleaning package is an optional extra, but highly recommended . The cost of the  "walkaway package" is £175, which covers:
All tables and chairs to be put away, washing up of glasses , crockery left at end of evening ( this does not include main washing up from meal / bar), collection of items belonging to couple, removal of linens and decorations, cleaning of floors and hoovering of areas.
 
Part Centre Hire

For Hall, lounge ,  fully equipped professional kitchen, bar area and cloakroom

The maximum seated capacity for the hall is 150 ( for fire regulations).
 
Outside Hire for Marquees is charged at an additional £50 per day on top of the full hire charge, additional days hire £100 per day.
